According to the Medicines and Related Substance Act, NO MEDICINES ARE RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT. The ruling has been made for Health and Safety reasons and is in your best interests. MHW  can face criminal prosecution if this law is not complied with. 

For all other items 

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only within the first 7 days of purchase.
• Unopened Products: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund requests.
• Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for opened or used products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
