Mzansi Health and Wellness Returns Policy

At Mzansi Health and Wellness, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Our returns policy complies with South African law and pharmacy guidelines to ensure the responsible handling of medicines.

1. No Returns on Medicines

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any medicinal products once they have been dispatched. This policy is in place to protect all our customers from the risk of tampering, contamination, and improper storage.

2. Exceptions for Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt:

  • Reporting Issues: Report any issues immediately by emailing support@mzansihealth.co.za with your order details and photos of the affected product.

  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund for any faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

3. Non-Medicinal Products

Returns on non-medicinal items, such as health supplements, may be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

4. No Refunds on Used or Opened Items

Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded, even if it falls under the non-medicinal category, due to hygiene and safety standards.

5. Proof of Purchase Required

All returns, replacements, or refunds require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
